How does this work?

-You will commit to 21 days of following daily strategies, tips, and assignments to effectively set realistic goals, and how to come up with an action plan to getting started and making daily progress towards achieving them.

- You will receive your 21 Day Guide, workout plan, and meal plan basics that will help you stay on track.

-You will log on DAILY to our PRIVATE Group Chat to check in that you're on point with your goal setting, workouts & meal plan AND give us progress reports weekly about YOUR progress!

- I will be providing you with support, encouragement and accountability the WHOLE time!

- I will be coaching you through all the way, helping you define your “WHY”, your goals, and an achievable plan of action

This is a YOU vs YOU challenge to get YOU going CONSISTENTLY towards YOUR goals!
